Step 1
Talk to us or drop- in and get to know us better. We will show you around the facility and answer any questions you may have.

Step 2
Enroll in Elements Classes
Elements is a 5-session group introductory course, designed to prepare you for an easy transition into our more experienced classes. You will get a feel of how a typical Functional Fitness class operates. Our certified coaches will closely work with you to provide you with safe techniques and movements. Once you have completed the elements course you are ready to officially join our classes. (Available in group and private sessions).
